· 12/27/2001, Hangzhou Bell Authentication Company and Hangzhou Wantai Authentication Company conducted ISO quality authentication of our company.

· 2002, in order to earnestly further the implementation of the spirit of the anti-smuggling meetings advocated by the city government, the province government and the State Council, we took a further step to the responsibility of the anti-smuggle struggle, and strengthened the surveillance management inside the company. On March 27th, the General Manager, Mr. Matsumoto signed the <<Goal and Administration of the Anti-Smuggle>> with the Daxie Customs and the Industry and Commerce departments.
Year 2001 gross sales amounted to 41.05 million Yuan.

· March 14 – 16, 2002: the 14th meeting of the board of directors of Ningbo Soken Chemical Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing.
